Refund Policy

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any items you receive from us, please return them to us in their original condition, stating the problem and we will do whatever is necessary to correct it, or refund you in full.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.

Just browse our catalogue, click on any items you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket.

When you have finished shopping, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to fulfil your order.  The first order you place will also register you as a customer, so that if you wish to place orders in the future you can just log in, without having to re-enter your details.

We accept most types of credit and debit card and also offer the option to pay via Pay Pal if preferred.

If you are shopping from the UK, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

Back Orders

Any items not in stock will be made to order and sent to you within 4-6 weeks

Tax Charges

Orders being shipped within the EU are subject to VAT at 17.5%.

This will be added and shown in your shopping basket. Tax will not be added to orders being shipped outside the EU as they are exempt from VAT.

Credit Card Security

To avoid fraud, when you place an order your credit card details are encrypted so that they can not be intercepted by third parties.
